摘要
运用故障树分析法,以正面吊臂架俯仰上升速度慢为顶事件,通过分析系统故障形式、臂架俯仰液压系统结构及工作原理,建立了液压系统故障树图,通过系统最小割集和底事件重要度的计算求解对系统进行了定性和定量分析。分析结果表明泵吸油管路及主阀控制油路中减压阀及溢流阀失效是造成故障发生的主要原因,为故障诊断及完善系统提供指导。
Based on the Fault Tree Analysis(FTA),the fault tree of tilting system of Reach Stacker is established by analyzing system failure form,system structure and operating principle.The qualitative and quantitative analyses are carried out through computing the minimum cut sets and the importance.The results show that the fault is mainly caused by the breakdown of operating pump oil suction tube and pressure reducing valve and relief valve of main valve control oil circuit.The study can provide guidance to routine maintenance and repair.
