桂枝汤及其类方、合方治疗自身免疫病的研究进展

Research Progress of Guizhi Decoction,Its Categorized Prescriptions and Combined Prescriptions in Treating Autoimmune Disease

自身免疫病(AID)是机体对自身抗原发生免疫反应而导致自身组织损害的一类疾病,起病隐匿,临床表现复杂多样,部分患者因严重免疫损伤而危及生命。目前,西医治疗以控制症状、延缓病情进展、减少并发症为主,并无根治方法。而中医药与现代医学在治疗AID方面相辅相成,取得了良好的临床疗效。其中,中医经方桂枝汤及其类方、合方被广泛用于多种AID的治疗,针对AID阴阳失衡的基本病机,桂枝汤系列方剂通过调和营卫、气血、阴阳,恢复阴平阳秘的健康态而治疗疾病,体现出中医学整体观念和辨证论治的核心理论。今后应对桂枝汤系列方剂治疗的切入点和时机、研究设计及质控、优势病种的挖掘和筛选、全程管理疗效评价模式等进行深入研究。

Autoimmune disease(AID)refers to the disease caused by the body′s immune response to self-antigens,which causes damage to its own tissues.The onset of AID is insidious,and the clinical manifestations are complex and diverse.AID is life-threatening in some patients due to severe immune damages.At present,western medicine treatment focuses on controlling symptoms,delaying disease progress and reducing complications,and there is no radical cure.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and modern medicine complement each other in the treatment of AID and have achieved good clinical efficacy.Among them,guizhi decoction,its categorized prescriptions and combined prescriptions have been widely used in the treatment of AID.TCM believes that AID belongs to the category of imbalance between yin and yang in the human body,and these decoctions are aimed to the pathogenesis by playing the role of"correcting deviations",helping the body to restore the healthy state by reconciling nutrient qi and defensive qi,qi and blood,yin and yang,the series of prescriptions of which embody the core theory of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment in TCM.In the future,for guizhi decoction series prescriptions,studies should be unfolded on grasping the treatment penetration point and timing,research design and quality control,excavation and screening of most applicable diseases,and whole-process management and effect evaluation model.
