颈源性高血压的中医药治疗研究进展

Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Cervical Hypertension

颈源性高血压是继发于颈椎病的血压升高,临床治疗中若只关注高血压的表象而忽视颈椎病的病理学基础,则不能取得良好、稳固的疗效。中医药治疗颈源性高血压重视标本兼顾,多以舒筋活络、潜阳平肝、滋补肝肾等药物同用;针灸常选取颈部腧穴以疏通经络,并常与足三里、三阴交等特定穴位配合;推拿主要采用理筋松解、正骨等恢复颈椎的生物力学平衡。中医药治疗遵循治病求本、标本兼治的原则,在提高疗效的同时,还可保持疗效的稳定。但目前针对颈源性高血压尚未形成统一的诊断标准,未来应加强对其诊断方法的探究,做到早诊断、早治疗,促进患者康复。

Cervical hypertension is secondary elevated blood pressure of cervical spondylosis.In the clinical treatment of cervical hypertension,if we only focus on the appearance of hypertension and ignore the pathological basis of cervical spondylosis,good and stable curative effect cannot be achieved.The clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is flexible and attaches importance to both symptoms and root.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cervical hypertension mostly uses the prescription of relaxing channel and activating collaterals,calming the liver and suppressing yang hyperativity,nourishing liver and kidney,etc.Acupuncture points on the neck are often selected to relax the channels and collaterals,and are often coordinated with the specific points such as Zusanli and Sanyinjiao.The biomechanical balance of cervical vertebra is mainly restored by tendon relaxation and bone setting.In this way,following the principle of seeking the root of the disease and treating both symptoms and root causes can not only improve the curative effect,but also maintain the stability of the therapeutic effect.However,there is no unified diagnostic standard for cervical hypertension at present,so it is necessary to strengthen the exploration of its diagnostic methods,in order to realize early diagnosis,early treatment,and promote the recovery of the patients.
