地方传统武术多元主体协同保护机制生成逻辑与实现策略

Generation Logic and Implementation Strategy for Multi-Subject Collaborative Protection Mechanism of Local Traditional Wushu

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,探讨地方传统武术多元主体协同保护机制生成逻辑与实现策略。地方传统武术保护的实践:以文献挖掘整理为主的“静态”保护;以纳入“非遗代表作”为主的“活态”保护;以治理为主的“协调合作式”保护。地方传统武术多元主体协同保护机制的内涵:是多重关系的协调与融合统一,倡导协作式、民主化和科学化的整体性保护,追求保护成效最大化。实现策略:构建自组织的多元协同综合决策机制;强化提升传承人及其习武共同体的内生保护能力;搭建地方传统武术多元主体信息化协同参与平台;构建和不断完善多元主体协同保护的评价机制。

By using the methods of literature review and logic analysis,this paper discussed the generation logic and implementation strategy of cooperative protection mechanism of local traditional Wushu.The protective practice of local traditional Wushu includes documents and materials mining as"static protection",intangible cultural heritage list as"living preservation",governance as"coordinated cooperation"protection.The connotation of multi-subject collaborative protection mechanism of local traditional Wushu is the coordination and integration of multiple relations,advocating cooperative,democratic and scientific overall protection,and pursuing the maximum effect of protection.Implementation strategy:We should construct a self-organizing multi-subjects comprehensive decision-making mechanism,enhance the endogenous protection capacity of wushu inheritor and practiser,construct a multi-subject information-based collaborative participation platform,and build the evaluation mechanism of multi-subject collaborative protection.
