On Policing Innovation of Urban Rail Transit Security to Counter Terrorism and Maintain Stability——A Case Study of Anji Police Station in Subway Public Security Sub-bureauof Nanning

城市轨道交通对促进城市发展具有重要意义,但利用轨道交通实施恐怖袭击、个人极端犯罪等安全问题严重威胁公共安全。为应对城市轨道交通安全风险,轨道交通公安机关以新时代"枫桥经验"为指引,积极开展警务创新,通过做强"最小作战单元"提升站区防控效能,引导多元主体参与矛盾纠纷化解,建立多种形式的巡逻防控力量织密治安防控网络,构建"共建共治共享"的轨道交通安全治理新格局。

Urban rail transit system can significantly promote the urban development. Meanwhile, potential risks like terrorist and extremist attacks against the rail transit system seriously threaten the public security.Responding to the urban rail risks, the subway public security organ actively explores the policing innovation under the guidance of new-era Fengqiao Experience to enhance the prevention and control capability in station area by strengthening the minimum combat unit, mediate conflicts and disputes by introducing multi-level subjects, form an extensive security control system by building various patrol forces and create new governance of"co-construction, co-governance and sharing".
