公安院校是我国公安队伍人才培养的主阵地",政治育警"是核心要务。借鉴战略情报与决策领域的SWOT分析模型,深度分析当前形势下推进公安人文通识教育"守正创新"发展建设的内部与外部影响要素,提出应当以习近平总体国家安全观为指导思想,依托课程思政和专业思政两大教学理念,将国家安全学和公安学相关知识理论引入公安人文通识教育课程体系中,形成"忠诚教育为核心价值导向,兼具人文通识知识广博性与公安专业技能精深性"的"一体两翼"型公安人文通识教育与人才培养新格局,探索符合时代要求的"一专多能"复合型警务应用人才培养的新路径。

Police colleges play an important role in training the police force in China, with the"political education"as the central task. SWOT analysis model used in strategic intelligence and decision-making can be applied to analyzing the internal and external factors of"Integrity and innovation"development for police general education in current circumstances. It proposes that with the guidance of Xi’s holistic approach to national security, national security studies and relevant police theories should be introduced to police general education courses, together with the curriculum politics and specific ideological and political education. A new pattern with broad general education and professional training will be constructed, taking the loyalty education as the core value. It explores a new pathway of training the multi-skilled police talents in line with the requirements of the age.
