海洋鱼骨胶原低聚肽及杜仲协同氨基葡萄糖-硫酸软骨素对去势大鼠骨密度及骨代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effects of marine fish bone collagen oligopeptides and Eucommia ulmoides on bone mineral density and bone metabolism in coordination with glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate in ovariectomized rats

摘要 构建去势致大鼠骨质疏松模型,以评价海洋鱼骨胶原低聚肽与中药杜仲联合氨基葡萄糖-硫酸软骨素复合物对骨密度及骨代谢的改善效果。通过测定大鼠血清中的钙、磷、血清碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(tartrate resistant acid phosphatase,TRAP)、雌二醇(estradiol,E 2)、骨钙素(bone gla-protein,BGP)、降钙素(calcitonin,CT)含量及大鼠股骨质量、股骨长度、骨钙含量及骨密度等指标,结果发现,与去卵巢对照组相比,氨基葡萄糖-硫酸软骨素复配海洋鱼骨胶原低聚肽(B组)和杜仲提取物(C组)的股骨质量、骨钙含量、总钙量、股骨中心骨密度以及股骨远心端骨密度均显著增加,血清中ALP、TRAP及BGP含量均显著降低,E 2含量显著升高,与氨基葡萄糖-硫酸软骨素组(受试物A组)相比,额外强化海洋鱼骨胶原低聚肽及杜仲组(受试物D组)的骨钙含量、总钙量、股骨中心骨密度以及股骨远心端骨密度均显著增加,血清中ALP、TRAP及BGP含量均显著降低,E 2含量显著升高。研究表明,海洋鱼骨胶原低聚肽及杜仲协同氨基葡萄糖-硫酸软骨素复合物具有明显的增加骨密度、改善骨代谢、提高雌激素水平的作用,且两者联合使用协同效果更加显著。 The effects of marine fish bone collagen oligopeptides and Eucommia ulmoides in coordination with glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate on bone mineral density(BMD)and bone metabolism were studied by using the ovariectomized rat osteoporosis model.Arterial blood and bone tissue were taken,and the femoral mass,femoral length,bone calcium content and bone mineral density were measured.Besides,the content of serum calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),tartrate resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP),estradiol(E2),bone gla-protein(BGP)and calcitonin(CT)were also measured in this study.The results showed that the following indexes including femoral mass,bone calcium content,total calcium content,bone mineral density of the femoral center and distal end of the femur in the test group containing marine fish bone collagen oligopeptide or E.ulmoides extract were significantly increased compared with the control group.However,the levels of ALP,TRAP and BGP in serum were significantly decreased,and the level of E2 in serum was significantly increased.What’s more,there were significant differences in the above indexes between the group containing both marine fish bone collagen oligopeptide and E.ulmoides extract compared with the group with only compositions of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate.The results indicated that both marine fish bone collagen oligopeptide and E.ulmoides could effectively cooperate with compositions of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate to increase bone mineral density,and also could improve the level of estrogen and bone metabolism.It also could prevent osteoporosis and the synergistic effect was better when they were used together.
