Optimize the Sports Alliance of Schools in the Great Bay Area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao and Promote the Development of Regional Sports Industry

采用文献资料法,分析了粤港澳大湾区体育教育与发展联盟的核心理念、基本宗旨、基本特征以及在与体育产业融合过程中存在的问题。主要结论:粤港澳大湾区体育教育与发展联盟具有跨区域融合、体育文化多元融合、参与组织多样化、目标战略长远等基本特征,聚焦粤港澳大湾区发展战略,为建设国际一流湾区和世界级城市群搭建平台、促进交流、协同发展、共享成果。学校体育联盟与体育产业融合过程中,存在深度融合机制尚未建立、体育文化认同理念尚未形成、体育产业及经济发展助推器尚未发力、应急反应与区域合作尚未达成等问题。建议:突破制度障碍,打造区域体育联盟融合体,构建粤港澳大湾区体育文化认同理念,发挥粤港澳大湾区融合发展助推器作用以及建立紧密的联盟合作与社会服务应急反应机制。

By means of literature reviews,this paper analyzes the core idea,basic purpose,basic features and the existing problems in the integration with the sports industry of the Sports education and development alliance in the Great Bay Area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao. Main conclusions are as follows: The basic characteristics of the sports education and development alliance in the great bay area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao are:regional integration,sports cultural diversity,participates in organizational diversification and long-term goal strategy. Focus on the development strategy of the Great Bay Area,build a platform,promote exchanges,coordinate development,and share results for the construction of an international first-class bay area and a world-class urban agglomeration. In the process of the integration of the school sports league and the sports industry,there are problems such as the deep integration mechanism has not been established,the concept of sports cultural identity has not been formed,the sports industry and economic development boosters have not yet exerted force,and the emergency response and regional cooperation have not yet been reached. Suggestions: break through institutional barriers,build a fusion of regional sports alliances,construct sports culture identity,play a role as a booster for the integration,and establish a close alliance cooperation and social service emergency response mechanism in the Great Bay Area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao.
