摘要
"一带一路"建设进一步推动了电竞产业的快速发展,电竞则成为"一带一路"建设的新兴领域,这使中国电竞人才短缺问题更加突出。近年来,国内一些院校已开设了电竞相关专业,但电竞人才培养尚未走向国际并与"一带一路"建设结合起来。对此,中国应从继续支持电竞产业有序健康发展、尽快完善电竞专业学科建设、大力推进电竞教育国际化、加强校企协同合作等方面着手,培养专业化、职业化、国际化的电竞人才。
The"Belt and Road"Initiative has further promoted the rapid development of e-sports industry,and e-sports has also become an emerging field in the"Belt and Road"construction,which makes the shortage of e-sports talents in China more prominent. In recent years,some domestic colleges have opened e-sports-related majors,but e-sports talent cultivation has not yet gone international and integrated with the "Belt and Road"construction. In this regard,China should cultivate specialized,professional and international e-sports talent from four aspects: continue to support the orderly and healthy development of the e-sports industry,improve the discipline construction of e-sports as soon as possible,vigorously promote the internationalization of e-sports education,and strengthen college-enterprise collaboration.
