摘要
通过在普通高校篮球选项课教学中运用Mosston组合式体育教学风格进行教学实验,探讨大学生对篮球课程的学习满意度和锻炼态度的影响。经过一学期的体育教学风格教学实验后,结果表明互惠-练习式教学风格能提高大学生的篮球课程学习满意度、心理健康和锻炼态度。相对于传统教学方式而言,篮球课程教师采用莫斯登组合式教学风格进行选项课教学能发挥更大的课堂效果。
Through the application of Mosston combined physical education teaching style in college aerobics elective course teaching,this paper discusses the influence of female college students’ learning satisfaction and exercise attitude on aerobics course. After a semester of teaching experiment,the results show that the reciprocal practice teaching style and inclusive practice teaching style can improve the female college students’ aerobics learning satisfaction,mental health and exercise attitude. Compared with the traditional teaching method,Mosston’s combined teaching style can play a greater role in classroom.
