后扶贫时期藏羌彝走廊村寨体育治理研究

Research on Village Sports Management in the Tibetan,Qiang and Yi Corridor during the Post Poverty Alleviation Period

以"后扶贫时期"藏羌彝走廊村寨体育为研究对象,结合藏羌彝走廊扶贫工作的结构转型,诠释全面脱贫后,体育立足国家(实现社会主义现代化)、人民(不断创造美好生活,实现共同富裕)、民族(中华民族伟大复兴)三个层面的需要所具有的内涵与实质,从资源、能力、机会、制度等方面指出后精准扶贫时期藏羌彝走廊村寨体育依旧存在的问题;从经济、教育、文化、健康、体育、社会等多个维度分析制约藏羌彝走廊体育发展的约束维度,围绕"繁业、强教、播文、康养、健体、振乡",提出藏羌彝走廊的体育治理路径:依托"经济强国战略",持续培育乡村体育经济业态;借力"教育兴国战略",重视提高乡村体育教育质量;立足"健康中国战略",有效引导乡村体医融合协作;协同"体育强国战略",积极完善乡村体育服务体系;跟进"乡村振兴战略",优化确立乡村体育生活方式。

Taking the sports of the Tibetan,Qiang and Yi Corridor in the "post precision poverty alleviation period"as the research object,combining with the transformation trend of the poverty alleviation work of the Corridor,this paper interprets that after the comprehensive poverty alleviation,sports is based on the needs of the country( to achieve socialist modernization),the people( to constantly create a better life,to achieve common prosperity),and the nation( the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation). From the aspects of resources,ability,opportunity and system,this paper points out the problems in the development of sports in the Corridor in the post targeted poverty alleviation period. From the perspectives of economy,education,culture,health,sports and society,it analyzes the constraints restricting the sports development of the Corridor,and puts forward the following sports governance path of the Corridor based on "business,education,culture,health,physical fitness and rural development"——relying on the strategy of "strengthening the country by economy",continue to cultivate rural sports economic forms;relying on the strategy of "rejuvenating the country by education",attach importance to improving the quality of rural sports education;based on the strategy of "healthy China",effectively guide the integration and cooperation of rural sports and medicine;cooperate with the strategy of"strengthening the country by sports",actively improve the rural sports service system;and following the strategy of "rejuvenating the country",optimize the establishment of rural sports way of living.
