融合中华传统文化的中学生体育游戏创编

摘要 体育游戏是中学生学校体育的重要组成部分,也是传承传统文化的重要载体,但是目前体育游戏存在形式单一、教育意义不突出等问题,可以通过融合传统文化和体育游戏来谋求发展出路。根据传统文化和体育游戏融合的原则,采用文献资料法、实验法等研究方法先创编出融合中华传统文化的体育游戏,再通过实施游戏,探究这种体育游戏对学生各方面能力的影响,从体育锻炼效果、文化掌握程度、个人情感体验三个方面来进行分析,发现用这一创编方法是有效且可操作的,不仅可以起到热身作用,还促进了学生对于传统文化的掌握,丰富了学生的情感体验。 Sports Games are an important part of school sports for primary and middle school students,and also an important carrier for the inheritance of traditional culture. However,at present,sports games have some problems,such as single form,low educational significance,etc. We can seek a way out by integrating traditional culture and sports games. According to the principle of the integration of traditional culture and sports games,by using the methods of literature review and experiment,sports games that integrate the traditional Chinese culture should be created first,and then through the implementation of games to explore the impact of this kind of sports game on students’ various abilities. This paper analyzes the effects of physical exercise,the degree of cultural mastery and personal emotional experience,and finds that this method is effective and operable,which can not only play the warming-up role,but also promote the students to master the traditional culture,and enrich the emotional experience of students.
