摘要 高校体育场馆的安全运营对我国建设体育强国有着重要意义。体育场馆的对外开放会增加高校安全风险,针对我国高校体育场馆的特点,通过对广东省12所高校体育场馆进行调研,进而对高校体育场馆对外开放相关风险因素进行了分析与识别,通过对风险预警指标权重的确定,WSR方法论科学性地结合熵权法,对高校体育场馆对外开放风险性进行考量,建立了针对我国国情的高校体育场馆运营风险评价指标体系。在一级指标中,最重要的是物理因素,二级指标中B1疾病传染风险B4一般治安风险B7教学秩序被干扰风险是最为重要的问题。提高体育场馆抵抗风险的能力、制定有效对策来降低风险。 The safe operation of university stadiums and gymnasiums is of great significance to the construction of a strong sports country in China. The opening of stadiums will increase the safety risk of colleges and universities.According to the characteristics of the stadiums of colleges and universities in China,through the investigation of12 stadiums and gymnasiums of colleges and universities in Guangdong Province,this paper analyzes and identifies the risk factors related to the opening of the stadiums. Through the determination of the weight of risk early warning indicators,WSR methodology is scientifically combined with the entropy weight method to consider the risk of stadiums and gymnasiums opening,and the risk evaluation index system of university stadium operation is established. In the first level indicators,the most important is the physical factors. In the second level indicators,B1 disease infection risk B4 general public security risk B7 teaching order interference risk is the most important problem. The aim is to improve the ability of the stadium to resist the risk and make effective countermeasures to reduce the risk.
