摘要
小腿三头肌柔韧性练习是下肢健身和康复训练的重要组成部分,也是常规处方。在不考虑个体足部位置的情况下,小腿三头肌柔韧性不足可能是足部和踝关节疼痛的重要原因,并使其持续存在。本文介绍了对传统的小腿三头肌舒展练习的循证修改。
Flexibility exercise of triceps crus is an important part of lower limb fitness and rehabilitation training,and is also a routine prescription. Without considering individual foot position,the lack of leg triceps flexibility may be an important cause of foot and ankle pain and make it continue to exist. This paper introduces the evidence-based modification of the traditional triceps extension exercise.
