Review on the Effect of Exercise on Apelin Expression in Skeletal Muscles

为研究在不同的运动训练后,骨骼肌apelin表达的变化,采用了文献资料法与逻辑分析法,对文献资料进行阅读、分析、总结,发现目前已有研究证实运动可以促进骨骼肌apelin的表达,也有研究发现运动后对骨骼肌apelin的表达无显著变化,但关于其中的作用机制尚不能确定,还需要进一步的研究。

In order to study the changes of Apelin expression in skeletal muscle after different exercise training,this paper uses the methods of literature and logical analysis to read,analyze and summarize the literature. It is found that some studies have confirmed that exercise can promote Apelin expression in skeletal muscle,and some have found that there is no significant change. However,the mechanism of action is still uncertain,and further research is needed.
