乡村振兴背景下农户心理资本与脱贫动力实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Psychological Capital of Peasant Households and the Motivation of Poverty Alleviation under the Background of Rural Revitalization

在我国消除绝对贫困,全面进入小康社会的背景下,通过实证研究农户心理资本和脱贫动力的内在联系,探索个体脱贫内生动力的提升与发掘路径。基于242份样本的数据统计,运用描述性和差异性统计分析方法,分析农户个体人口学特征、资源禀赋和家庭负担与脱贫动力内在关系,通过差异检验发现,农户心理资本的不同维度在性别、年龄、是否党员和是否姓氏大户存在显著差异,通过实证研究发现,年龄大、家庭资源较少和家庭负担大的农户对政府帮扶依赖较多。建议在全面进入小康社会的良好开局中继续保持扶贫政策的平稳过度,加大对农村困难群体的基础保障力度,通过产业扶贫、政策支持等方式提升农户内在发展动力。

Under the background of China eliminating absolute poverty and entering into a well-off society in an all-round way,this paper explores the promotion and exploration path of the endogenous motivation of individual poverty alleviation through an empirical research on the internal relationship between the psychological capital of peasant households and the motivation of poverty alleviation.Based on the statistics of 242 samples,the internal relationship between the demographic characteristics of individual peasant households,resource endowment,family burden and poverty alleviation motivation was analyzed by using descriptive and differential statistical analysis methods.According to the difference test,it is found that there are significant differences in different dimensions of psychological capital of peasant households in gender,age,whether they are Party members and whether they belong to a large group with a same family name.And through the empirical study,this paper finds that the peasants who are older,have less family resources or take great family burden will depend more on the government support.In conclusion,it is suggested that in the good start of China entering into a well-off society in an all-round way,the poverty alleviation policy should be maintained in a stable and excessive way,the basic security for rural poor groups should be strengthened,and the internal development motivation of peasant households should be enhanced by means of industrial poverty alleviation and policy support.
