基于乡村体育教师专业发展的培训实践与反思

乡村体育教育发展的重要举措是提高乡村体育教师的专业水平、提升教学技能,其关键在于对乡村体育教师的基于专业发展的有效的培训。本文以山东省乡村教师教学技能培训项目为依托,分析了乡村体育教师的专业现状以及培训情况,从培训方式、课程体系、培训模式、管理方式等方面进行了实践,探索了适合乡村体育教师教育教学技能发展的路径,取得了显著成效。

An important measure for the development of rural physical education is to improve the professional level of rural physical education teachers and improve teaching skills.The key lies in the effective training of rural physical education teachers based on professional development.In this paper,based on shandong province rural teachers'teaching skills training project,analysis of the current situation of rural sports teachers'professional and training situation,from the way of training,curriculum system,training mode,management mode and so on has carried on the practice,to explore the suitable for rural sports teacher education teaching skills development path,has made remarkable achievements.
