波纹翅片通道传热特性的三维数值模拟及场协同原理分析

Three-dimensional numerical simulation and field synergy principle analysis of heat transfer characteristics for corrugated fin channels

摘要 对一种波纹翅片通道及其改进型波纹翅片通道的换热与流阻特性进行数值仿真计算。结果表明与原波纹翅片通道相比,改进型波纹翅片通道不仅流阻更小,而且换热更好。利用场协同理论对数值计算结果进行了分析,结果表明改进型波纹翅片通道有利于改善速度场和压力场的协同性;同时,有利于改进速度场和温度场的协同性. The heat transfer and flow resistance characteristics of a corrugated fin channel and its improved corrugated fin channel are numerically simulated.The results show that compared with the original corrugated fin channel,the improved corrugated fin channel not only has lower flow resistance,but also has better heat transfer.The field synergy theory is used to analyze the numerical calculation results.The results show that the improved corrugated fin channel is beneficial to improve the synergy between the velocity field and the pressure field,and at the same time to improve the synergy between the velocity field and the temperature field.
