近15年外国学者关于社区体育社会组织能力提升研究的启示

Enlightenment of Western Scholars on the Capacity Improvement of Community Sports Social Organizations in Recent 15 Years

通过“Web of Science”“Elsevier Journal”“Scopus”3个数据库检索相关文献,选取近15年(2006—2020年)外国学者关于社区体育社会组织能力提升的26篇论文,采用质性分析法对选取的论文从研究方法、研究主题、理论视角3个方面进行梳理和分析后认为:近15年,社区体育社会组织能力提升倍受一些外国学者的关注,相关主题的论文数量逐年增多,并且研究方法以量化分析与质性研究为主,数据收集方法与分析方法呈现多样化的特征;研究主题包括社区体育社会组织的资源依赖、社区体育社会组织的组织能力、残疾人与女性的体育参与;主要以资源依赖理论、组织能力概念模型、组织之间的关系理论展开分析。经过对样本论文进行分析得出启示:1)中国学者对社区体育社会组织的研究应综合运用多种研究方法。2)重点研究中国社区体育社会组织的能力提升问题。3)对中国的社区体育社会组织进行研究时运用的理论应适用于中国国情。

In this study,literature was collected from the three databases of Web of Science,Elsevier Journal and Scopus,and 26 empirical studies on the construction of the social organization capacity of community sports in western countries in recent 15 years(2006—2020)were selected.Qualitative text analysis was used to review and analyze the included literature from the three aspects of research method,research themes and theoretical perspectives.It is found that in recent 15 years,the improvement of community sports social organization capacity has attracted the attention of some Western scholars.The number of literature on relevant topics has been increasing year by year,and the research methods are mainly quantitative analysis and qualitative research,with the data collection methods and analysis methods exhibiting diversified characteristics.The research themes include resource dependence and organizational capacity of community sports social organizations,the participation in sports of disabled people and women.The analysis is mainly based on the resource dependence theory,the conceptual model of social organization capacity and the logical framework of the relationship between organizations.Through the analysis of the sample literature,enlightenment is obtained as follows.1)Chinese scholars should pay attention to the diversification of research methods on community sports social organization.2)Research focus should be put on the capacity improvement of community sports social organizations in China.3)The application of theories in the study of community sports social organizations in China should be applied to the Chinese context.
