摘要 企业和工会的良好互动对于打造共治共享共建的新时代和谐劳动关系至关重要。本文基于“阐释现象的重要性→探索构念的理论内涵→开发构念的测量量表”的逻辑主线,采用归纳和演绎结合的方法发展出中国情境下的企业-工会耦合关系(EUCR)构念,并开发出测量量表。研究结果表明:EUCR包含目标关联和权力平衡两个维度,其中目标关联是指企业和工会为推动企业和员工效益共创和利益共享所采取一致性行动的程度,权力平衡反映的是企业和工会在平等对话的基础上,能够实现彼此之间有效监督与制衡的程度;EUCR量表由16个题项构成,具有良好的信度、效度;运用聚类分析方法,识别出边缘型、辅助型、纠偏型和共生型EUCR四种类型。研究结论不仅能够为EUCR的实证研究提供有效的测量工具,还为企业健康发展和员工共享企业发展成果提供策略指导。 Good interactions between enterprise and union are imperative for building harmonious labor relations based on broad participation and sharing in the new era.According to the logical framework of“specifying the importance of the construct→exploring the elements of the construct→developing the measurement scale of the construct”,this paper proposes the construct of enterprise-union coupling relationship(EUCR)and develops the EUCR scale.The results show that EUCR is structured by objective relevance and power balance.Objective relevance refers to the degree of consistent action taken by the enterprise and union to promote benefit co-creation and sharing between the enterprise and employees;and power balance reflects the degree of effective supervision and restriction that enterprise and union achieve through equal dialogue.The EUCR scale contains 16 items,which has favorable internal consistency,convergent validity,and discriminant validity.The construct of EUCR typology is also tested with cluster analysis based on the EUCR scale.Results reveal that there are four kinds of EUCR,namely Borderline-EUCR,Auxiliary-EUCR,Rectification-EUCR,and Symbiosis-EUCR.This research can provide a measurement tool for EUCR research as well as strategy guidance for the healthy development of enterprise and benefit-sharing between the enterprises and employees.
