摘要
针对二氟草酸硼酸锂(LiDFOB)研究及生产中存在产品酸度高的问题,单纯通过粗品提纯降低酸度,成本高,效果不佳。通过优化反应、除酸与粗品提纯相结合的方法降低酸度。研究了反应物种类、锂盐量、降酸剂、结晶对产品酸度的影响。结果表明:三氟化硼(BF_(3))为含氟试剂,草酸锂(Li_(2)C_(2)O_(4))过量6%,碳酸锂(Li_(2)CO_(3))除酸,一次结晶条件下,LiDFOB酸度为94×10^(-6),产品指标合格,工艺可行。
There is a problem of high acidity in the research and production of lithium difluorinated oxalate borate(LiDFOB).Reducing acidity only through crude product purification has high cost and poor effect.The effects of reactant type,lithium salt content,acid reducer and crystallization on the acidity of the product are studied.The results show that under the conditions of boron trifluoride(BF_(3))as fluorine-containing reagent,excess 6%of lithium oxalate(Li_(2)C_(2)O_(4)),acid removal of lithium carbonate(Li_(2)CO_(3))and primary crystallization,the acidity of LiDFOB is 94×10^(-6),the product index is qualified and the process is feasible.
