High-quality Development of Applied Universities:Type Logic and Ecological Trend

应用型高等教育是我国高等教育体系构成的一种主要类型,随着我国走向高质量发展新阶段和高等教育普及化时代的到来,应用型大学如何破除"同质化"发展困境,以高质量发展形塑教育类型特色,在服务和融入我国经济社会高质量发展中走出新路子?文章认为,"高质量发展"是高等教育内涵式发展的系统升级和高水平发展的根本属性,应用型大学应遵从高等教育分类发展的类型逻辑,寻求"共性+个性"高质量发展生态优化特有路径,呈现"内生发展、外生发展、共生发展"相统一的多样化发展生态,实现高质量发展"理念-价值-目标-路径-质量"的高度统一,进而形塑具有"应用型"特质的新型大学。

Applied universities are one of major types of higher education system in China.With the attainment of the new stage of high-quality development and the arrival of era with popularization of higher education in China,how can applied universities get rid of the dilemma of"homogenization",shape the characteristics of education types with high-quality development,and find a new direction by serving and integrating into high-quality development of economical society in China?The paper believes that"high-quality development"is the fundamental attribute of both the upgrading system and the high-level development for the connotative development of higher education.Applied universities should follow the type logic of classified development of higher education,and seek the unique path of"generality+individuality"for ecological optimization of high-quality development,and present the"internal development,external development,co-exist development"of unified and various ecological development,and"ideology-valuepurpose-path-quality"are highly integrated for the realization of high-quality development,then it will proceed into the transformation of"application-oriented"characteristics of new university.
