摘要
聚酯切片生产过程中经常会对切片规格进行调整。目前采用的德国AUTOMATIK公司配套的USG600-1立式切粒机只有一只驱动电机,变速系统固化,在切粒机动刀选定的情况下,粒子的长度就已确定,不能够随意调节。本文介绍了使用USG600-1切粒机生产小规格切片(长度从4 mm降至3 mm)对切粒机作局部改造的两种方案:改变传动比方案和改变动刀齿数方案。这两种方案都采用过并取得了成功,避免了更新切粒机的大量投入。
During the production of PET chips,chip specifications are often adjusted.At present,the USG 600-1 vertical type granulator supported by the German AUTOMATIK company has only one drive motor,and the deceleration system is solidified.In the case that the rotary cutter is selected,the length of the particles has been determined and cannot be adjusted arbitrarily.This paper introduces two schemes for partial modification of the granulator by using the USG 600-1 granulator to produce small-size chips(length reduced from 4mm to 3mm):changing the transmission ratio and changing the number of teeth of the rotary cutter.Both of these schemes have been adopted and succeeded,and they can avoid the large investment in updating the granulator.
