拜登政府宣称要与中国开展“全面战略竞争”,并要美国和盟友做好与中国长期战略竞争的准备。应该说,这是美国对华战略认知与行动的重大转变。美国自第一次世界大战后成为综合实力最强、“二战”后成为综合实力超强的国家之后,滋生了不可被战胜、不可被超越的信条。特别是冷战以苏联解体为终结,美国由此成为单一的超级大国,更为自信满满。

U.S.adjusts its strategy towards China at times,according to its own interests.Facing China's rise,the U.S.has made strategic changes,from Obama's"rebalancing"to Trump's"containment and decoupling",to today's"comprehensive strategic competition".While the competition between two powers is natural,the hostility is likely to bring about serious damages to both and the left part of the world.Wisdom is needed to avoid the confrontation.
