摘要
为了填补我国铝合金钻杆检测技术与装备的空白,作者设计了铝合金钻杆尺寸与缺陷自动化检测装置,该装置由底架机构、支撑机构、测量机构、视频检测机构电控柜和操作台等部分组成。底架机构是铝合金钻杆检测装置的整体支撑机构,在承受钻杆重量的同时还要保证支撑机构、测量机构和视频检测机构的平稳运行;支撑机构是铝合金钻杆的支撑和动力机构,在钻杆检测过程中主要起到承载钻杆、带动钻杆沿轴向平移和转动的作用;测量机构用来测量铝合金钻杆外形尺寸,可测量钻杆不同点位的外径和壁厚;视频检测机构则用来观察铝合金钻杆,以判断钻杆内表面是否存在缺陷。配合电控柜和操作台,便可以实现铝合金钻杆直径、壁厚和内腔表面质量的自动化检测。
In order to fill the gap of China’s aluminum alloy drilling rod detection technology and equipment,the design of aluminum alloy drilling rod size and defect automatic detection device,the device by the base frame mechanism,support mechanism,measuring mechanism,video testing institutions electrical control cabinet and operating table and other parts.The base frame mechanism is the overall support mechanism of the aluminum alloy drilling rod detection device,while bearing the weight of the drilling rod,but also to ensure the smooth operation of the supporting mechanism,measuring mechanism and video detection mechanism;to determine if there is a defect in the inner surface of the drilling rod.With the electronic control cabinet and operator’s station,automated inspection of aluminum drilling rod diameter,wall thickness and inner cavity surface quality can be achieved.
