PDCA在急诊护理人员交接班中的运用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:体会在急诊护理人员交接班管理中应用PDCA循环管理模式的价值。方法:借助回顾性方式开展,将我院2019年度急诊抢救室护理人员16例纳入此次研究,将2019.1-5内16例人员设为对照组,沿用常规管理,将2019.6-12内16例人员设为观察组给予PDCA循环管理模式;观察两组交班质量、患者满意度以及交班过程中不良事件发生率。结果:经管理后观察组急诊抢救室护理人员交班工作各指标得分显著较对照组高,交接班平均时间较短,交班过程中不良事件发生率较为6.2%,明显较对照组3.75%低,P<0.05。经管理后观察组患者护理满意度各指标评分明显较对照组高,P<0.05。结论:在急诊抢救室护理人员交接班工作中实施管理,建议采纳PDCA循环管理模式,可有效缩短交接班平均时间并提升急诊抢救室护理人员交接班质量。
