摘要
为探究大学生社会性发展水平与心理健康的关系,同时为提升大学生的心理健康水平提供一定依据,采用《大学生社会性发展水平评定量表》、《多伦多述情障碍量表》(TAS-20)、《一般健康问卷》(GHQ-12)对贵州省某高校390名大学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)大学生社会性发展水平能显著预测其心理健康水平;(2)述情障碍在大学生社会性发展水平与心理健康的关系之间起部分中介作用;(3)性别在社会性发展水平与心理健康的关系之间起调节作用。因此,心理健康工作者要注重考虑培养大学生的社会性技能和情绪识别、调控方面的能力,同时还要考虑性别差异,注重因材施教。
To explore the relationship between social development level and mental health of college students,and to provide basis for improving the mental health level of college students,a questionnaire survey is conducted among390 the college students by using Social development rating scale for college students,Toronto alexithymia scale( TAS-20) and General health questionnaire( GHQ-12). Results showed that:( 1) Social development level of college students can significantly predict mental health;( 2) Alexithymia partial mediation the effect of social development level on mental health;( 3) Gender moderation the effect of social development level on mental health.Mental health workers should pay attention to the training of college students’ social skills and ability of emotion recognition and regulation,as well as gender differences.
