摘要
脱壳是扇贝深加工的第一步也是至关重要的一步,但目前呈现出机械化水平低的现状,为解决当前面临的问题,设计了一种扇贝脱壳机。利用SolidWorks建立扇贝脱壳机的三维模型;通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对脱壳机进行动力学分析,包括模态分析、谐响应分析和瞬态分析。通过模态分析得到前8阶固有频率和振型,避免脱壳机发生共振;对脱壳机进行谐响应分析和瞬态动力学分析,得到在冲击载荷下脱壳机随频率和时间变化的振动幅值响应,进而得出脱壳机可以抵抗振动冲击下的载荷。整个动力学仿真分析结果表明,脱壳机安全可靠,符合刚度设计要求。
Shelling,as the first step of scallop deep-processing,is crucial.However,current mechanization in this field is at a low level.In order to address this problem,a scallop sheller is developed in this article.SolidWorks is adopted to set up the three-dimensional model of this mechanism.The dynamic analysis is conducted on the scallop sheller with the help of the finite-element software ANSYS,including modal analysis,harmonic-response analysis and transient analysis.The modal analysis is performed to work out the natural frequencies of the first eight-orders and the mode shapes,so as to avoid resonance of this mechanism.The harmonic-response analysis and the transient dynamics analysis are carried out to explore the vibration amplitude response with the scallop sheller’s ever-changing change of frequency and time with the impact load and then the scallop sheller can resist the load with vibration impact.The results of dynamic simulation show that the scallop sheller is safe and reliable,and its rigidity meets the related design requirements.
