摘要
基于传统渐开线齿轮齿廓修形研究,提出了一种多压力角双接触齿廓。该齿廓采用变压力角形成渐开线后,通过抛物线圆滑过渡,实现凸面与凸面、凸面与凹面齿廓接触,综合曲率半径增大,由原来的单条啮合线发展成为两条啮合线甚至多条啮合线接触,使轮齿齿面接触应力下降、接触变形减小,承载能力得到大幅提升。针对特殊齿廓的制造,提出了一种创新的刀具设计方法,采用滚齿加磨齿工艺实现制造,并实现了这种新齿形的检测。
In this article,with the aid of the study on the tooth profile modification of traditional involute gears,a multi-pressure angle double-contact tooth profile is proposed.The tooth profile adopts a variable pressure angle to form an involute curve and then transitions smoothly through a parabola.Thus,such tooth-profile contacting as convex to convex and convex to concave is achieved.Besides,this tooth profile has bigger composite radius of curvature;as a result,the original single meshing line develops into two meshing lines and even multiple meshing lines,which reduces the tooth surface’s contact stress and contact deformation,and greatly improves its bearing capacity.Aimed at the manufacturing of the special tooth profile,an innovative cutter design is proposed by means of the hobbing-grinding process,which has realized the detection of this new tooth shape.
