基于德尔菲法构建预防妇科腹腔镜术后深静脉血栓形成的护理质量敏感指标

The construction of the nursing quality sensitivity index for preventing deep vein thrombosis after gynecological laparoscopic surgery:based on the Delphi method

目的基于德尔菲法构建预防妇科腹腔镜术后深静脉血栓形成的护理质量敏感指标体系,为护理质量评价提供理论依据。方法通过文献检索,团队讨论等方式形成初始指标,基于德尔菲法对19位专家进行咨询,最终形成预防妇科腹腔镜术后深静脉血栓形成的护理质量敏感指标。结果经2轮专家咨询,专家积极系数分别为89%、92%;权威系数分别为0.905、0.930、0.945、0.920、0.905;专家协调系数第一轮W值分别为0.406、0.618、0.316,第二轮W值分别为0.464、0.461、0.386;所构建的预防妇科腹腔镜术后深静脉血栓形成的护理敏感指标体系由3项1级指标,11项2级指标,76项3级指标构成。结论本研究所构建的预防妇科腹腔镜术后深静脉血栓形成的护理敏感指标体系具有科学性与可靠性,可为预防妇科腹腔镜术后深静脉血栓形成的护理质量评价提供理论依据,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To establish a nursing sensitive index system to prevent deep vein thrombosis after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of nursing quality.Methods Through literature reading and group discussion,the basic items were formulated,then we consulated 19 experts and formed sensitive index items for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficients of experts were 89%and 92%;the authority coefficients were 0.905,0.930,0.945,0.920,and 0.905;the W values of the first round of expert coordination coefficients were 0.406,0.618,0.316,and the W values of second round are 0.464,0.461,0.386,respectively.The nursing sensitive index system for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after gynecological laparoscopic surgery is composed of 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 76 third-level indicators.Conclusion The nursing sensitive index system for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after gynecological laparoscopic surgery constructed by this research is scientific and reliable.It can provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of nursing quality for preventing deep vein thrombosis after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and has clinical promotion significance.
