摘要
在全面开展线上教学的疫情期间,中医内科基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)网络教学实施在线混合教学模式,融合多种在线工具,并将课程延伸至课堂外。课前在微信群中点明预习范围,做好充分准备。课程中采用腾讯会议平台,非常接近真实教室上课场景;课后在微信群中答疑,可与学生互动,有助于解除学生疑惑,初步建立临床思维模式。教学效果与反馈显示,PBL网络教学具有可共享屏幕、讨论效率更高、记录更方便、可保存等优点,今后可引用到PBL混合式教学模式中。
During the period of online teaching, problem-based learning(PBL) network teaching in internal medicine of Chinese medicine implemented online mixed teaching mode, integrated a variety of online tools, and extended the course outside the classroom.Point out the preview scope in We Chat group before class and make full preparation. Tencent conference platform is adopted in the course, which is very close to the real classroom teaching scene. After class, answering questions in We Chat group can interact with students, which helps to relieve students’ doubts and initially establish a clinical thinking mode. The teaching effect and feedback show that PBL network teaching has the advantages of sharing screen, discussing more efficiently, recording more conveniently and keeping more records. In the future, it can be used in PBL mixed teaching mode.
