摘要
随着急诊医学的快速发展,急诊人才的培养也有了更高要求。但是急诊医学的课堂教学仍相对滞后,急诊医学教学课程内容设置和传统课堂教学,无法达到帮助学生建立临床思维,掌握基本急救技能,提高临床处理问题能力的主要教学目标。笔者在课堂教学实践基础上,针对急诊医学课堂教学的主要教学目标,探索了翻转课堂教学法联合Sandwich教学法在临床医学本科急诊教学中的应用,符合急诊医学的课程特点,但也有其局限性,进一步扩大实践和优化,将有助于急诊医学教学质量的提高和持续改进,也有助于教师教学水平的提高。
With the rapid development of emergency medicine, there are also high requirements for the training of emergency personnel. However, the classroom teaching of emergency medicine still lags behind. The teaching content of emergency medicine and the traditional classroom teaching cannot reach the main teaching objectives of helping students to establish clinical thinking, master basic first aid skills and improve their ability to deal with clinical problems. In view of the main teaching objectives of emergency medicine classroom teaching, on the basis of classroom teaching practice, the author explores the application of flipped classroom teaching method combined with Sandwich teaching method in emergency medicine classroom teaching for undergraduate students of clinical medicine. This teaching method is suitable for the curriculum characteristics of emergency medicine, but it also has its limitations. Further expansion of practice and optimization will contribute to the improvement of the quality and continuous improvement of emergency medicine teaching, as well as to the improvement of teachers’ teaching level.
