摘要
针对学校院外心肺复苏实训教学需要,采用仿生驱动、智能算法等核心技术,以真人模特为基础设计的混合现实医学急救互动系统,以"仿生驱动""混合现实""虚实互动"技术为创新点,通过影像叠加技术与现实模型相结合,对学生进行心肺复苏教学,并进行了与传统教学方法的对比实验,进一步佐证了采用混合现实医学急救互动系统,可以使学生从本质上来理解心肺复苏对心脏骤停患者的抢救意义及抢救原理,更深层次地学习急救过程,进行无风险、安全、高仿真的培训与考核,从而为医学生以后步入真正的临床工作打下基础,降低医疗风险。
To meet the needs of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in our school, we adopt the core technologies such as bionic driving and intelligent algorithm to design the hybrid reality medical first aid interactive system based on the real person model, and take the"bionic driving","hybrid reality"and"virtual reality interaction"technology as the innovation point, and combine the image superposition technology with the real model to teach the students cardiopulmonary resuscitation. In addition, a comparative experiment with the traditional teaching method is carried out to further prove that the application of the hybrid reality medical first aid interactive system can enable students to understand the rescue significance and principle of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for patients with cardiac arrest in essence, learn the first aid process at a deeper level, and carry out risk-free, safe and high simulation training and assessment, so as to step into the real life for medical students in the future To reduce medical risk.
