多媒体技术在医学影像专业实习带教中的应用

The Application of Multimedia Technology in Practice Teaching of Medical Imaging Specialty

目前,多媒体技术在高等医学教育教学中各个专业的应用越来越广泛,从课堂教学到临床实践,多媒体技术发挥着越来越重要的作用。在医学影像学专业学生的实习过程中,影像诊断学的实习教学一直是重点、难点,尤其是当今影像科现状下,典型病例胶片的存档缺失给影像诊断学的教学带来较大难度。虽然影像归档和通信系统(Picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)的普及使教学可以以PACS系统为主,但是由于PACS系统偏重于临床诊断的属性,使其在教学过程中无法根据学生的认识特点、知识储备程度等展开有针对性的教学,亦无法保证教学质量。针对以上情况,河南中医药大学临床检验诊断学科根据教学需要,自主开发了一套"影像诊断教学系统",率先应用于医学影像专业实习生带教中,取得了较好的教学效果。现将使用教学系统以来对于多媒体系统在临床带教中发挥的作用做一总结,以便以后更好发挥教学系统的作用。

At present, the application of multimedia technology in higher medical education is more and more extensive, from classroom teaching to clinical practice, multimedia technology is playing a more and more important role. In the practice of students majoring in medical imaging, the teaching of image diagnostics has always been the focus and difficulty, especially in the current situation of the imaging department. Although the popularity of PACS enables the teaching to focus on the PACS system, because the PACS system emphasizes the attribute of clinical diagnosis, it cannot carry out targeted teaching in the teaching process according to students’ cognitive characteristics and degree of knowledge reserve, nor can it guarantee the teaching quality. In view of the above situation, the department of clinical examination and diagnosis of our hospital independently developed a set of "image diagnosis teaching system"according to the teaching needs, which was first applied to the teaching of medical imaging technology interns, and achieved good teaching results. Now we will use the teaching system to summarize the role of multimedia system in clinical teaching,so as to better play the role of the teaching system in the future.
