摘要
目的观察大承气汤与超短波联合应用治疗脑卒中后坠积性肺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选择2018年6月—2020年11月江西省高安市人民医院收治的40例脑卒中后坠积性肺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各20例。对照组按药敏结果选用敏感抗生素,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予大承气汤联合超短波治疗。观察2组的白细胞、中性粒细胞变化及胸部影像学检查结果。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.0%(19/20),高于对照组总有效率75.0%(15/20),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞分类明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论大承气汤与超短波联合应用于脑卒中后坠积性肺炎疗效肯定,可供临床工作者参考运用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Dachengqi decoction combined with ultrashort wave in patients with post-stroke hypostatic pneumonia. Methods A total of 40 patients with post-stroke hypostatic pneumonia admitted to Gao’an People’s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 20 patients in each group. The control group was given sensitive antibiotics according to the results of drug sensitivity, and the observation group was given Dachengqi decoction combined with ultra-short wave therapy on the basis of treatment in the control group. The changes of white blood cells, neutrophils and chest imaging were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%(19/20), which was higher than 75.0%(15/20) of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, white blood cell count and neutrophil classification in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Dachengqi decoction and ultrashort wave in patients with post-stroke hypostatic pneumonia has a positive effect and can be used as a reference for clinical workers.
