热敏灸结合中药塌渍治疗寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Thermal Moxibustion Combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine Soaking Moistening in the Treatment of Cold-dampness Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨热敏灸结合中药塌渍治疗寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月1日—2020年12月31日江西中医药大学附属医院收治的60例寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者接受热敏灸治疗,观察组患者接受热敏灸结合中药塌渍治疗。比较2组患者的视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(The western ontario and Mc Master universities osteoarthritis,WOMAC)及临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗14 d、3个月的VAS、WOMAC评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论热敏灸结合中药塌渍治疗寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎,能有效缓解患者的疼痛,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of thermal moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening in the treatment of cold-dampness knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods Sixty patients with cold-dampness KOA from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group and observation group using random number table method, with 30 in each group. The control group was treated with thermal moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with thermal moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening. The scores of clinical indexes, gait indexes and curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P >0.05). After treatment, the VAS and WOMAC scores of patients in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P <0.05), and the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The thermal moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening can effectively improve the pain of patients with cold dampness knee osteoarthritis, and promote the recovery of knee function and other related symptoms.
