摘要
目的探讨腹针电刺激配合威伐光在膝骨关节炎(Kneeosteoarthritis,KOA)治疗中的应用价值。方法选取吉林市人民医院2017年1月—2019年6月收治的200例KOA患者为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为对照组(100例,给予常规针刺)与观察组(100例,在常规针刺基础上加腹针电刺激配合威伐光治疗),记录并比较2组患者治疗前后膝关节腔积液、滑膜厚度、关节软骨损伤分级的变化情况。结果治疗前2组关节腔积液、滑膜厚度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后2组关节腔积液、滑膜厚度均明显减小(P <0.05),观察组明显小于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前2组超声分级总分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组超声分级总分均明显改善(P <0.05),观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P <0.05)。结论常规针刺及腹针电刺激配合威伐光治疗KOA均有疗效,但腹针电刺激配合威伐光疗效更佳。
Objective To investigate the application value of abdominal acupuncture combined with WIRA light in the treatment of kneeosteoarthritis(KOA). Methods 200 patients with KOA admitted to Jilin Municipal People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group(100 cases with conventional acupuncture) and a treatment group(100 cases with abdominal acupuncture on the basis of conventional acupuncture, electric stimulation combined with WIRA light treatment). The changes of knee joint joint cavity effusion, synovial thickness, articular cartilage injury grade before and after treatment by high-frequency ultrasound were recorded and compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in joint cavity effusion, synovial thickness, and articular cartilage injury classification(P >0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the joint cavity effusion and synovial membrane thickness were significantly reduced(P <0.05), and the treatment group was significantly smaller than the control group(P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the total score of ultrasound classification between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the above two groups were significantly improved(P <0.05), the improvement of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Conventional acupuncture and abdominal acupuncture electrical stimulation combined with WIRA light are effective in the treatment of KOA, but abdominal acupuncture electrical stimulation combined with WIRA light is more effective.
