子午流注穴位按摩结合耳穴压豆对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者胃肠功能障碍的影响

Effect of Meridian Acupoint Massage Combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressing on Gastrointestinal Function of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨子午流注穴位按摩结合耳穴压豆对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者胃肠功能障碍的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月到中国医科大学附属第一医院就诊的COPD胃肠功能障碍患者108例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组54例。对照组采用常规西医治疗加耳穴压豆,试验组在对照组治疗基础上,给予中医子午流注穴位按摩。结果试验组的临床总有效率83.3%(45/54)明显高于对照组的55.6%(30/54),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组患者的胃肠道不良反应发生率为16.7%(9/54)低于对照组的发生率为59.3%(32/54),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论子午流注穴位按摩结合耳穴压豆能较好地改善COPD患者的胃肠功能,能减轻患者的胃肠道不良反应,缓解患者的痛苦,安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint flow massage combined with auricular acupoint pressing on gastrointestinal function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods From June 2018 to June 2019, the number of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction in COPD who were intervened the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University was108. All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, namely the experimental group and the control group, with 54 cases in each group. In the control group, the intervention method of the conventional method and the auricular point pressing was adopted, and the experimental group combined the intervention method of the auricular acupoint pressing method to relieve the gastrointestinal reaction of the patient. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after different methods of intervention and the incidence of adverse reactions in the stomach were measured, and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated. Results The total clinical effective rate of experimental group(83.3%, 45/54) was significantly higher than that of control group(55.6%,30/54), and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in experimental group(16.7%, 9/54) was lower than that in control group(59.3%, 32/54), and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The meridian acupoint massage combined with auricular acupoints has a significant clinical effect on the gastrointestinal function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It not only reduces the gastrointestinal adverse reactions of patients, but also has high safety, relieves patients’ suffering and improves the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical Promote the application.
