聚焦解决模式护理联合耳穴压豆在肾绞痛患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Focused Solution Mode Combined with Auricular Acupoint Pressing in Patients with Renal Colic

目的探讨聚焦解决模式护理联合耳穴压豆在肾绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的82例肾绞痛患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规西医治疗及护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予聚焦解决模式护理联合耳穴压豆。比较2组患者的干预前后疼痛程度、疼痛缓解时间、心理状态及护理满意度。结果研究组干预后15、30、60 min的肾绞痛严重程度及疼痛开始缓解时间、疼痛完全消失时间均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组干预后焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05),护理总满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式护理联合耳穴压豆应用于肾绞痛临床效果显著,能有效降低患者疼痛程度、改善负性情绪、提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of focused solution mode combined with auricular acupressure on patients with renal colic. Methods A total of 82 patients with renal colic who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and nursing, while the study group was given focused solution mode nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressing beans on the basis of the control group. The pain degree, pain relief time, psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared before and after the intervention. Results The severity of renal colic, the time to pain relief, and the time to complete pain disappearance were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group at 15 min, 30 min, and 1 h after intervention(P < 0.05). The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) after intervention in the study group 3, the depression self-rating scale(SDS) score was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05), and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05).. Conclusion The focus solution model combined with auricular acupoint pressing beans has significant clinical effects on renal colic, which can effectively reduce the pain of patients, improve negative emotions, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
