大健康背景下医学院校培养膳食处方能力的人才路径探索

Exploration on the Way of Training Dietary Prescription Talents in Medical University under the Background of Great Health

由于目前大部分医学院校均未开设营养、膳食、食疗等课程,医学生在校期间接收的相关教学内容较少。然而随着大众生活水平提高,人们对医疗服务的需求变得多层次、多元化,对营养、膳食、食疗保健知识的需求日益增多,要求临床医生会开"膳食处方",对患者日常饮食、营养摄入、生活习惯等方面进行健康指导。因此,为了培养能开"膳食处方"的新时代优秀医生,需重构课程教学体系,完善课程教学标准,建设优质教学资源,改革人才培养考核机制,遴选建设实践教学基地,打造健康与营养师资团队,积极开展社会实践活动,不断提高人才培养质量。

Most medical colleges do not offer courses on nutrition, diet and dietetic therapy systematically. The relevant teaching for medical students is very weak, but with the improvement of people’s living standard, the demand for medical services is multi-level and diversified, especially the demand for nutrition, diet and dietetic therapy is increasing. Clinicians are required to prescribe"dietary prescriptions", for patients with daily diet, nutritional intake, living habits and other aspects of health guidance. Therefore, in order to create a new era of excellent doctors who can prescribe "dietary prescriptions", we will reconstruct the teaching system of the curriculum, improve the teaching standards of the curriculum, build high-quality teaching resources, reform the talent training and assessment mechanism, and select and build a practical teaching base, to build a team of health and nutrition teachers, actively carry out social practice activities, and constantly improve the quality of personnel training.
