中成药治疗慢性心力衰竭研究进展

Research progress of Chinese Patent Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

慢性心力衰竭(简称慢性心衰)是心血管疾病的终末期表现和最主要的死因,是21世纪最重要的慢性心血管病症。虽然现代医学明显改善了慢性心衰患者的预后,但死亡率和再住院率仍居高不下,中医药治疗此病具有多靶点、低毒副作用的优势,所以被广泛应用于慢性心衰的治疗中,本文从慢性心衰的病因病机、辨证分型、中成药口服制剂的临床研究以及中成药静脉制剂的临床研究4个方面对近10年来中医药治疗慢性心衰的研究进展进行概述,指出中成药治疗的优势,为后期慢性心衰研究提供基础。
