AC型剩余电流保护器芯片跳闸电流一致性设计与实现

摘要 针对传统剩余电流保护器芯片,采用剩余电流信号经放大比较产生的高电平来驱动晶闸管跳闸切断电源的实现方式,存在跳闸电流一致性差的问题,提出一种创新设计思路。在剩余电流保护器芯片放大器单元设置FUSE修正模块,并设计放大器测试线路结构。在晶圆测试时,剩余电流保护器芯片输入灵敏度精度大大提高,控制在5.8~6.2 mV。试验测试结果表明,AC型剩余电流保护器跳闸电流控制在5%以内,极大地提高了剩余电流保护器跳闸电流一致性、可靠性和抗干扰能力。 For the traditional leakage protector chip,high level generated by leakage electrical signal amplification and comparison are used to drive silicon controlled rectifier trip and power off.There is a problem of poor consistency of the tripping current.An innovative design idea is proposed.Which is setting the FUSE trimming module in the leakage protector chip amplifier unit and designing the circuit structure of high precision test of the amplifier.During wafer testing,input sensitivity accuracy of leakage protector chip is greatly improved and input sensitivity is controlled between 5.8~6.2 mV.The test result shows that the tripping current is controlled within 5%,which greatly improves the tripping current consistency,reliability and interference capability of the AC type leakage protector.
