组合循环发动机科学研究技术路线的优化 被引量:3

摘要 以高速飞机、两级入轨一级平台组合动力飞行器为应用背景,以具备开发研究和工程应用基本要素为导向,优化了水平起降、重复使用、高速宽域组合循环发动机科学研究的技术路线。比较了单一类型动力飞行器与组合动力飞行器航程和载荷能力等主要功能指标,分析了组合动力飞行器对发动机性能的需求,研究了组合动力飞行器空气动力学特性、结构质量特性和组合循环发动机核心性能随飞行速域拓宽的变化趋势,提出飞行速域上限对组合循环发动机实用化具有决定性影响。构建了技术方案、飞行器需求、技术代际递进、热障等维度的组合循环发动机技术实用化评估模型。评估表明,Ma6级组合循环发动机仍需持续探索研究;Ma4级组合循环发动机与组合动力飞行器具备实施以能力形成和实用化为目标的大科学技术计划的基本条件。分析认为,Ma4亚高超飞行平台具有重大应用价值,是重大技术代际。 With the combined cycle powered vehicle for high-speed aircraft and two-stage orbit platform as the background,and oriented to the basic elements of development research and engineering application,this paper investigates the R&D technical route of the horizontal takeoff and landing combined cycle engine.The main functional indicators such as flight range and load capacity of the single-type powered aircraft and the combined cycle powered vehicle are compared,the engine performance requirements for combined cycle powered vehicle are analyzed,the shifting trend with the widening of the speed range on aerodynamic and structural quality characteristics of the combined cycle powered vehicle and the performance of combined cycle engine are studied.It is proposed that the upper limit of the flight speed domain has a decisive influence on the practical application of the combined cycle engine.An evaluation model on combined cycle engine technology is constructed in the dimensions of technical solution,aircraft requirements,technology generational progress,and thermal barriers.Evaluation shows that the Ma6 combined cycle engine still needs continuous exploratory research,and the Ma4 combined cycle engine can be developed in big R&D projects for practical application.The analysis believes that the Ma4 sub-hyper flight platform has great value and is a majior technological generation.
