摘要
随着钨矿资源的日益枯竭,我国钨矿资源优势逐步减弱,为拓宽钨资源渠道,研究以褐铁矿为原料,通过加入还原剂和混合盐助剂,在还原剂作用下将高价铁还原,破坏褐铁矿的结构,使浸染状嵌布于矿石中的含钨成分与助剂充分反应生成易溶性钨酸钠,钨酸钠经水浸溶解至水中。考察了碳粉添加量、焙烧温度、保温时间及助剂添加量对钨浸出率的影响。经工艺优化后,褐铁矿中钨浸出率可稳定达92%,有效实现了钨提取目的。该工艺流程简便,改变了褐铁矿常作水泥原料的传统处理模式,实现钨资源利用最大化。
With the increasing depletion of tungsten ore resources,the advantages of tungsten resources in China are gradually weakened.In order to broaden the channels of tungsten resources,limonite,which was once judged to have no recovery value of tungsten industry,is used as raw material.By adding reducing agent and mixed salt,high valent iron is reduced under the action of reducing agent to destroy the structure of limonite.The tungsten containing components embedded in the ore can fully react with the additives to form soluble sodium tungstate,which is dissolved into water by water leaching.The effects of carbon powder addition,roasting temperature,holding time and additive addition on tungsten leaching rate were investigated.After optimization,the leaching rate of tungsten in limonite could be stabilized up to 92%,which effectively realize the purpose of tungsten extraction.The short process has changed the traditional processing mode of limonite as cement raw material,which can maximize the utilization of tungsten resources.
