广东某钨矿智能矿山建设的探索

Exploration on Intelligent Construction of a Tungsten Mine in Guangdong

为了满足广东地区高标准的环保要求,实现企业的降本增效,提升企业的管理水平,某露天开采钨矿按绿色矿山和智能矿山要求进行建设。本文分析了目前我国智能矿山的发展现状、政策支持及发展前景,详细论述了该露天矿山地质工作、采矿作业、运输作业和企业自动化信息化管理等的智能化建设方案,在兼顾投资和效益的前提下,因地制宜地提出了该矿山的智能化建设标准、建设目标及智能化建设四大平台。该智能矿山的建成,将进一步推动我国金属矿山智能化建设的步伐,成为我国智能矿山和绿色矿山建设的示范基地。

For the targets of cost reduction,efficienct production,and improvement of management,an open-pit tungsten mine needs to be constructed according to green mines and intelligent mines.This paper analyzes the current development status,policy support and development prospect of intelligent mine in China.In addition,the intelligent construction scheme of geological work,mining operation,transportation operation,automation and informatization management of the open-pit mine are discussed in detail.On the premise of giving consideration to investment and benefit,the open-pit mine intelligent construction scheme is put forward with the intelligent construction standard,construction goal and four intelligent construction platforms according to local conditions.This project further promotes the pace of intelligent construction of metal mines in China and become a demonstration base for the construction of intelligent mines and green mines in China.
