核电厂移动式腐蚀污损试验平台的研发与应用

摘要 我国核电厂自商业运行以来,取水口设施备受海水腐蚀与生物污损的侵害,由此发生了一系列冷源设备异常问题,如鼓型滤网前后压差大、骨架腐蚀穿孔等。目前国内对海洋环境下核电站冷源安全方向的试验装置建设起步较晚,尚未形成系统化的试验装置,不能为核电厂海水腐蚀与生物污损试验研究提供专业可靠的平台。为此,研发了核电厂移动式腐蚀污损试验平台,经长时间海上试用,结果表明该试验平台设计合理、可靠,可以满足海水腐蚀与生物污损的研究需求。 Since the beginning of commercial operation of nuclear power plants in China,the water intake facilities of power plants have been damaged by seawater corrosion and biofouling.As a result,a series of cold source equipment abnormalities occurred,such as large pressure difference between the front and rear of the drum filter and the corrosion perforation of the skeleton.At present,the construction of test equipment in the direction of nuclear power plant cold source safety in the marine environment started late in China,and a systematic test equipment was not yet formed,therefore,a professional and reliable platform for nuclear power plant seawater corrosion and biological fouling test research was not provided.In this work,a mobile corrosion and fouling test platform for nuclear power plants was developed.After a long-term offshore trial,the results showed that the design of the test platform was reasonable and reliable,which could meet the research requirement of seawater corrosion and biofouling.
