摘要
培训课程设计是培训课程的重要组成部分,是课程理念转化为课程实践的桥梁,是课程论在应用层面上最重要的范畴。目前教师职后培训课程设计总体向好,但在课程设计的价值取向选择、知识技能内化成效等维度,与理想尚存差距,培训课程设计需要进一步优化。运用心理效应是优化培训课程设计的基点和途径之一,研究结果表明,合理运用心理效应优化培训课程设计,实现“教育心理学化”,有助于解决培训课程设计中存在的相关问题,将培训课程引导到更为科学化的轨道上来,提高培训的有效性。
The design of training curriculum is an important part of it.Training curriculum is the bridge between the course idea and course practice and the most important category of curriculum theory on the application level as well.At present,the design of on-the-job training curriculum for teachers is good as a whole.However,there is still a gap between the ideal and dimensionality of the value orientation choice of curriculum design,the internalizing effect of knowledge and skill,technology and so on.The design of training curriculum needs to be further optimized.Understanding psychological principles and applying psychological effects is one of the basic points and ways to optimize the design of training curriculum.From the psychological perspective of training objects,this paper studies and discusses how to optimize the design of comprehensive and single course of in-service training by using the methods of literature analysis,content analysis,case analysis and empirical research.The results show that we can use psychological effects in a rational way to optimize the design of training curriculum and realize the"psychologized education".It is also helpful in solving the related problems on the design of training curriculum,guiding the training curriculum to a more scientific track and improving the effectiveness of training.
