"十四五"期间,烟台将以"完善机制、科学保护、强化融合、推进产业"为着力点,推动非遗保护传承见人见物见生活,推动优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展。烟台将健全非遗项目科学管理机制。制定各级非遗保护规划和代表性项目保护计划,明确政府相关部门和保护单位责任。开展项目存续状况评测和保护绩效评估工作,建立非遗保护工作考评制度,动态管理调整保护责任单位,建立健全非遗项目监督、检查机制和退出机制。
