智慧健康社区下产品服务系统设计研究

ESEARCH ON PRODUCT SERVICE SYSTEM DESIGN UNDER SMART HEALTH COMMUNITY

立足用户体验,对智慧健康社区服务系统进行分析与归纳,并提出建设性设计建议。探索国内外智慧社区与智慧医疗发展现状,调查目前健康智慧社区下产品服务体系的内容,结合实际案例与相关理论成果,分析现存健康社区的存在的问题,发掘潜在用户与服务需求。得出当下智慧健康社区下产品服务体系的内容构成,以及产品服务间内在的联系与运作模式。当前智健社区产品服务的投入仍在起步阶段,对于产品自身的用户普遍性、功能可达性、产品互联性与场景多样性都需要进一步的关注与开发。以求产品服务实现对用户身心健康的全方位关怀。该方法为探索智慧健康社区下产品服务系统提供依据。

Based on user experience,constructive design suggestions are put forward for intelligent healthy community service system.It explores the development status of smart communities and smart medical services at home and abroad,investigates the contents of the current product service system in smart communities,analyzes the existing problems in existing healthy communities and explores potential users and service demands based on practical cases and relevant theoretical results.The content composition of the product service system under the current intelligent healthy community,as well as the internal connection and operation mode between the services are concluded.At present,the input of products and services in smart health community is still in the initial stage.As for the universality,functional accessibility and interconnectedness of products as well as the diversity of scenarios,further attention and development are needed,in order to realize the product service to the user's physical and mental health care.This method provides a basis for the exploration of product service system in intelligent healthy community.
