摘要 将完美日记在品牌设计和运营管理上的做法提炼出来,以设计管理的角度进行分析研究,希望对国内同类商品的设计管理、商业运作提供示范作用和借鉴意义。通过调查法和观察法对完美日记品牌其商业视觉形象、市场运营策略、品牌文化内涵等方面进行分析研究。发现了完美日记品牌深受年轻人喜爱的原因,和完美日记品牌对其品牌价值的塑造和提升的方法。完美日记品牌通过明确的市场定位,迅速抓住中国市场需求,打造出年轻人喜爱、并且迎合发展的视觉形象,并抓住跨界合作的潮流,生产出自己的特色产品。在很短的时间内提高了自己的品牌价值,成为了有一定影响力的美妆国货品牌。 The practice of Perfect Diary in Brand Design and Operation Management can be refined so as to conduct corresponding analysis and research from the perspective of the design management and provide certain guidance and reference for the design management and business operations of domestic commodities of the same classification.The investigation method and observation method can be applied to analyze and research Perfect Diary from various aspects such as Business Vision,Marketing Strategy and Brand Culture Connotation.The reason for Perfect Diary’s popularity among young people is figured out together with the method of shaping and improving the brand value of Perfect Diary.Based on the clear market positioning,Perfect Diary has rapidly grasped Chinese market’s demand,created its unique visual image to win young people’s heart and cater to the development,caught up with the mainstream cross-boundary cooperation and manufactured its own characteristic products.In a short time,Perfect Diary boosts its own brand value and becomes an influential beauty&makeup brand in China.
